Common questions

Do I need the app to use a Vibe Tag? +
You can claim a new tag right from your phone's browser—no app required. To receive connection requests, though, you'll need the Vibe With Me app. And the person tapping your tag can open your profile without the app, but they'll be prompted to download it to send a vibe request.
Can I give a tag to someone else? +
Absolutely! If you meet someone special and want to pay the good vibes forward, you can give them a tag to claim as their own. Like trading kandi at a show—but this connection doesn't fade when the night ends.
How many tags can I have? +
As many as you want—there's no limit. Every tag you claim points to the same profile, so a keychain on your bag, a sticker on your phone case, and a card in your wallet all open your one Vibe With Me profile. Stack them across your festival gear or unclaim one anytime to gift it to a friend.
What phones work with NFC tags? +
All iPhones from iPhone 7 and newer support NFC reading. Most Android phones from 2018 onwards have NFC. If someone's phone doesn't have NFC, they can still scan your QR code in the app.
Can I transfer my tag to a new account? +
Yes! You can unclaim a tag from your account and re-claim it with a different account. This is useful if you want to give a tag to a friend after using it yourself.
What if my tag gets damaged or lost? +
Our tags are designed to be durable and waterproof, but if something happens, you can unclaim it from your account and claim a new one. Your existing connections stay intact—they're tied to your profile, not the tag.
How much does shipping cost? +
Standard shipping within the US is $3.99. Orders of $10 or more ship free—add a sticker or a second tag and shipping is on us.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we only ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon—join our waitlist to be notified.
