A Vibe Tag is an NFC-enabled tag you can wear at shows. When someone taps it with their phone, your profile loads instantly. Think of it like digital kandi—a way to share your vibe without fumbling for your phone in the dark.
Is Vibe With Me free? +
The app is completely free. Vibe Tags are optional and available in our shop if you want a faster, more fun way to connect at events.
What if I have no signal at the show? +
No problem—festivals and venues are exactly where service drops out, so the app saves your scan on your phone when you're offline. We hold onto what kind of scan it was (NFC tap or QR), which tag or person you scanned, and the exact time you tapped. The second you're back online, it sends your vibe request and adds the moment to your Recent Scans, dated to when you actually met—not when your phone reconnected.
What happens to my connections? +
Your connections are tied to your profile, not to a specific tag or device. They're yours forever—even if you switch phones, lose a tag, or reinstall the app.
How is this different from exchanging Instagram handles? +
When you exchange socials at a show, you become one of hundreds of follows—easy to forget, buried in the feed. Vibe With Me saves the context (the show, the moment) and shows you what you actually have in common: your music taste.
