Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: 2026-04-28
Vibe With Me, LLC ("Vibe With Me," "we," "us," or "our") operates an 18+ social platform for adult live-music fans. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page describes the standards we hold our platform to, how to report violations, how we cooperate with law enforcement, and who to contact about child safety concerns. These standards apply to every part of our service, including our mobile apps, our website, our messaging features, our public feed, and any user-generated content we host.
1. Our Standards Against CSAE
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited on Vibe With Me. We adopt and apply Google Play's definition of CSAE, available at https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/14747720, as our minimum standard. Without limiting that definition, the following are absolutely forbidden on our service:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any imagery, video, audio, text, or computer-generated depiction that sexualizes a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt by an adult to develop a sexual or romantic relationship with a minor.
- Sexualization or sexual commentary directed at a minor, including the sharing or requesting of sexualized content involving anyone under 18.
- Sextortion of minors, including threats, coercion, or blackmail involving sexual content of a minor.
- Trafficking of minors, child prostitution, or any commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
- Promoting, normalizing, glorifying, or encouraging any of the above conduct.
A violation of these standards is grounds for immediate, permanent removal from the platform and a report to the appropriate authorities. There are no warnings, no second chances, and no appeals for confirmed CSAE.
2. Age Eligibility
Vibe With Me is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. The service is not directed to children, is not a kids app, and is not part of Google Play's Designed for Families program. To create an account, users must affirm that they are at least 18 years old, and our Terms of Service prohibit registration by anyone under 18.
If we learn or have reasonable cause to believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will disable the account, remove the user's content, and take additional protective steps where appropriate. If you believe an underage user is on the platform, please report it through the in-app reporting tools or by emailing safety@vibewithme.co.
3. In-App Reporting
Every user can report harmful content or behavior directly inside the Vibe With Me app. Reporting is available throughout the product, including:
- Posts in the feed — tap the overflow menu on any post to report it.
- User profiles — tap the overflow menu on a profile to report or block the user.
- Shows and events — tap the overflow menu on any show to report inaccurate, harmful, or unsafe listings.
- Direct messages and connections — report or block a user from any conversation surface.
- Blocked-users management — review and manage your blocked users from your account settings.
Reports flagged as involving child safety, CSAM, or any form of CSAE are routed to our highest-priority queue. Our commitments for these reports are:
- Initial review within 24 hours of receipt, with around-the-clock triage for severe reports.
- Immediate action on credible CSAE reports, including content removal, account suspension, and preservation of evidence pending review.
- Preservation of records consistent with U.S. legal requirements (see Section 5).
- No retaliation against good-faith reporters, and reasonable confidentiality for the reporting user where the law allows.
If you cannot use the in-app tools, or if you need to report something to us outside of the app, email safety@vibewithme.co. Please include as much detail as you can: usernames, timestamps, screenshots, URLs, and any other context that helps us locate the content.
4. Enforcement Actions
When we confirm a violation of our CSAE standards, we take swift and severe action. Enforcement may include any combination of the following:
- Immediate removal of the offending content from our servers, and preservation of an evidentiary copy as required by law.
- Permanent termination of the offending account, including any linked accounts.
- Device-level and IP-level bans intended to prevent the offender from re-registering.
- Forfeiture of any in-app purchases, balances, or merchandise orders associated with the terminated account.
- Referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as described in Section 5.
Confirmed CSAE violations are not eligible for appeal. Where the facts are ambiguous, we err on the side of protecting potential minors.
5. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Vibe With Me is a U.S. provider of an electronic communication service. We comply with our reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A by reporting apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, and by preserving the contents of any such report and the related communications consistent with applicable record-retention obligations.
We also cooperate with valid legal process from U.S. federal, state, and local law enforcement, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants, in accordance with the Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq.) and other applicable law. Where we operate or our users are located outside the United States, we cooperate with international law enforcement and competent national authorities to the extent permitted by U.S. law and any applicable mutual legal assistance frameworks (for example, requests routed through MLAT processes or appropriate U.S.-based liaisons).
Law enforcement requests should be sent in writing to safety@vibewithme.co or to the postal address listed in Section 6.
6. Designated Point of Contact for Child Safety
We maintain a dedicated channel for child safety concerns, distinct from our general support and from our DMCA designated agent. Use this contact for reports of CSAE, requests by parents or guardians regarding suspected underage accounts, inquiries from NCMEC, and inquiries from law enforcement related to child safety.

7. Reporting Outside of Vibe With Me
You do not need to wait for us to act before reporting child sexual abuse or exploitation to the authorities. We strongly encourage anyone with knowledge of CSAE — on our platform or anywhere else — to also report it directly:
- NCMEC CyberTipline (United States): https://report.cybertip.org/ or 1-800-843-5678.
- Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline: 1-800-422-4453.
- Local law enforcement or 911 — if a child is in immediate danger, call 911 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency services first. Reporting to us is not a substitute for emergency services.
- Outside the United States: contact your country's national hotline or law enforcement, or use the INHOPE network of hotlines at https://www.inhope.org/.
8. Updates to These Standards
We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our service, in applicable law, or in industry best practice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Please check this page periodically for updates.
