Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all physical products sold through vibewithme.co, including Vibe Tags and other NFC-enabled merchandise ("Products"), by Vibe With Me LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Nebraska limited liability company.

Defective Products

If a Vibe Tag or other physical product arrives defective — meaning it is physically damaged, the NFC chip does not function, or the product materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase — you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

A product is considered defective if:

  • The NFC chip does not respond when tapped by a compatible device
  • The product is physically damaged upon arrival (cracked, broken, or visibly deformed)
  • The product materially differs from the description shown at the time of purchase

Non-Refundable Items

Products that are not defective are non-refundable. Because Vibe Tags are pre-programmed NFC devices tied to your account, we cannot accept returns of functioning products. This includes situations where:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer need the product
  • The product functions as described but does not meet personal expectations

We do not offer store credit or exchanges for non-defective products.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a replacement or refund for a defective product, email us at support@vibewithme.co with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the defect or issue
  3. A photo of the defective product, if possible

You do not need to return the defective item.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all refund and replacement requests.

Refund Timeline

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new product to you at no additional cost. Replacement shipments follow the same estimated delivery timeline as standard orders.

If a defective product cannot be replaced because it is sold out, part of a limited or First Edition release that is no longer available, or otherwise out of production, we will issue a full refund (including the original shipping fee) instead. We will not substitute a different product, edition, or design without your prior written consent.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on any returns or replacements.

Right to Deny Requests

We reserve the right to deny return requests that:

  • Fall outside the 30-day window from delivery
  • Involve products that are not defective
  • Lack reasonable evidence of a defect

NFC Hardware Disclaimer

Please be aware of the following regarding NFC hardware:

  • Vibe Tags require an NFC-compatible device to function. We are not responsible for device compatibility issues.
  • NFC tag performance may vary based on your device model, phone case, and environmental factors.
  • We do not guarantee the lifespan or durability of physical NFC tags under all conditions.
  • Replacement tags may be purchased if original tags are lost, damaged through normal wear, or become non-functional after the 30-day return window.

Digital Subscriptions

This policy applies to physical merchandise only. Digital subscriptions (Good Vibes, Great Vibes, Immaculate Vibes) are governed by Section 11 of our Terms of Service.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund. We will notify you if your order is affected by a pricing error before cancellation.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. International shipping is not yet available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal:

  • Orders under $10.00: $3.99 standard shipping
  • Orders of $10.00 or more: free standard shipping

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times are in addition to this fulfillment window and depend on the carrier (typically USPS Ground Advantage). Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where (a) the order has not yet shipped and is being cancelled under our Shipping Delays terms below, or (b) the order is being refunded due to a defective product as described above.

Pre-Orders

Some products are sold as pre-orders. A product is offered as a pre-order when its product page displays a "Pre-Order" label, an estimated ship date, or both. Pre-orders may be offered for upcoming releases or for products that are temporarily out of stock but will be restocked.

The following terms apply to pre-orders:

  • Estimated ship date. Any ship date displayed on a pre-order product page is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. The actual ship date may vary based on supplier timelines, manufacturing, and fulfillment capacity.
  • Charge at order placement. Pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed, not at the time the order ships. Your order confirmation will include the full amount.
  • Price lock. The price you are charged for a pre-order is the price displayed at the time you place the order, even if the product's price changes before it ships.
  • Cancellation before shipment. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing support@vibewithme.co with your order number. Cancelled pre-orders receive a full refund (including any shipping fee paid) to the original payment method.
  • Significant delays. If a pre-order's actual ship date slips materially beyond the estimate displayed at the time of purchase (typically 30 days or more), we will notify you by email and offer the choice to (a) consent to the new estimated ship date or (b) cancel the order for a full refund. If you do not respond to a delay notice within a reasonable time, we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail Order Rule.
  • Cancellation by us. If we determine that we cannot fulfill a pre-order at all (for example, a manufacturing run is cancelled or a Limited Edition product is permanently discontinued before it ships), we will notify you and issue a full refund. We will not silently substitute a different product or edition.

Product Availability

Some Vibe Tag products are sold as Limited Editions, First Editions, or other finite releases and may sell out permanently. Sold-out products are not automatically restocked, and we do not maintain a backorder waitlist unless one is explicitly offered on the product page. Stock status displayed on the product page reflects our inventory at the time the page is loaded and may change between page load and checkout.

If your order is accepted at checkout but we are subsequently unable to fulfill it — for example, due to an inventory error, the final units in stock being defective, or a Limited Edition selling out simultaneously across channels — we will notify you within a reasonable time and issue a full refund (including any shipping fee paid) to your original payment method. We will not hold the order indefinitely or substitute a different product without your prior written consent.

Shipping Delays

If we are unable to ship your in-stock order within the timeframe stated at checkout (or, where no timeframe is stated, within 30 days of order confirmation as required by the FTC Mail Order Rule), we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund, including any shipping fees paid. Once your order has been shipped, shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund. Delays specific to pre-orders are governed by the Pre-Orders section above.
