Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our Commitment

Vibe With Me, LLC ("Vibe With Me," "we," "us," or "our") does not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

Our Service is intended only for users 18 years of age and older, and we use age attestation at registration to enforce that limit. Consistent with that policy, and as required by the CCPA, we do not sell or share the personal information of any consumer we know — or have actual knowledge — to be under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

What This Means

The CCPA defines "sale" and "share" broadly. Under those definitions:

  • We do not exchange your personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
  • We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising (sometimes called "targeted advertising" or "interest-based advertising").
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers or ad-tech pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, or similar) on the Service.

Analytics & Service Providers

We use a small number of service providers (such as PostHog for product analytics and crash reporting, and our infrastructure providers) to operate the Service. These providers act on our behalf under written contracts that comply with CCPA Regulation § 7051, including restrictions that prohibit them from retaining, using, or disclosing your personal information for any purpose other than the specific services they perform for us, and from selling or sharing it. Under the CCPA, transfers to service providers under such contracts are not considered a "sale" or "share."

Usage analytics and session replay are off by default. We only collect this data after you opt in. You can change your preference at any time:

  • Mobile: Open the app and go to My Vibe → Analytics.
  • Web: Sign in and go to Settings → Analytics.

Crash reports are always collected to maintain app stability and security. These reports do not include usage events, page views, or session recordings.

Universal Opt-Out Signals

We honor Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms — including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — as required by California (CCPA Regulation § 7025), Texas (TDPSA, effective January 1, 2025), and Nebraska (NDPA, effective January 1, 2025). When we detect a recognized opt-out signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information and, where applicable, processing for targeted advertising. The GPC signal overrides any prior consent UI choice on our web surfaces.

Submit a Request

Even though we do not sell or share your personal information, you can still submit a request confirming your opt-out preference, or exercise any of your other privacy rights — including the right to know, the right to correct, the right to delete, and the right to data portability:

  • Email us at privacy@vibewithme.co with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
  • In the app, go to My Vibe → Analytics and turn off "Share usage analytics."
  • On the web, sign in and go to Settings → Analytics.

We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a California consumer's right to limit its use under Civ. Code § 1798.121.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt, as required by the CCPA. When reasonably necessary, we may extend that period by an additional 45 days; in that case, we will notify you of the extension and the reason within the initial 45-day period.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written, signed permission from you authorizing the agent to act, verify your identity directly with us, and — if the agent is a business — proof that it is registered with the California Secretary of State.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not be denied service, charged a different price, or provided a lower quality of service because you exercised your right to opt out.
